This refund policy applies to the purchase of tickets for events offered by Mightygital SAS through our website.
Ticket Refunds
Purchased tickets are neither refundable nor exchangeable, except in the event of cancellation of the event by Mightygital SAS or the organizer.
Event Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, you will be notified by email at the address provided at the time of purchase. A full refund will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase, within 30 days of confirmation of your refund request.
Ticket Transfer
A ticket may be transferred to another person, provided that person meets the same conditions applicable to the original ticket (for example, a child ticket cannot be transferred to an adult).

If you notice an error in your order (wrong event, wrong quantity) due to a technical issue on our site, please contact us immediately at support@mightygital.com; we will correct the situation as quickly as possible.
