Mightygital SAS offers digital marketing services for restaurant and hospitality professionals, as well as ticket sales for events and travel offers presented on the site.
Article 3. Ticket Orders
Any ticket order implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. The order is confirmed once payment has been validated. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at the time of order.
Article 4. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in CHF, EUR, or USD depending on the event or offer, all taxes included. Payment is made online via PayPal at the time of order.
Article 5. Access to the Event
The purchased ticket grants access to the event under the conditions described on the relevant event page (date, time, location). Mightygital SAS reserves the right to request identification or proof of purchase at entry.
Article 6. Refunds and Cancellations

7.4. Retention Period: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived according to legal retention periods.
